You must be 18 years or older. Offer valid only on the purchase of designated new and in-stock models of Yamaha wind instruments from an authorized participating Yamaha dealer, between October 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021. Eligible new model(s), along with rebate amounts in the form of a VISA Prepaid Card*, are listed online at Yamaha.io/SUTY2021. Used, demo or B/C stock models not eligible. Follow instructions to submit your rebate claim online at Yamaha.io/SUTY2021, sign in and register to claim your rebate using My Account. Rebate claim must include serial number of purchased qualifying model, plus an electronic copy of your original sales receipt identifying the model of qualified product, the authorized Yamaha dealer, and the date of purchase. Upon validation, you will receive a gift certificate number which you must redeem at www.yamahamusicrewards.com. All claims must be submitted online and received by January 31, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility is assumed for faulty transmissions or any failure or interruption of electronic communications.
